To officially add your event to our calendar, we require a 20% Booking Retainer.

• Peace of Mind: Your retainer is fully refundable for a 14-day "cooling-off" period.

• Securing the Date: Following this period, the retainer becomes non-refundable as it secures your date exclusively and covers the loss of opportunity to take other bookings.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due four weeks before your performance date.

That’s it! Once the retainer is sorted, your date is locked in.

Yes! Unlike other wedding bands, we are happy for our clients to suggest up to five songs for us to learn that they’d like to hear on their night. This is a rare personalised offering. Please note that song requests have to be confirmed at least six months in advance for rehearsal purposes.

Absolutely. We can cater to venues with a sound limiter in place by either using their in-house sound system or by changing our instrumentation to quieter alternatives. We cannot, however, guarantee the best possible sound in these venues as we are limited to what we can produce. We are happy to liaise with venues where necessary.

We don’t currently offer karaoke as part of our packages.

We are all located in South West UK so we mainly perform at gigs in this region, however we can travel further for small additional costs. Please contact us for more information.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• The 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period: You have 14 days from the date of your initial booking to change your mind. If you cancel within this window, your deposit/booking fee will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations After 14 Days: Once the cooling-off period has passed, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. This fee acts as a "Retainer" to secure your date; it covers our administrative costs and the loss of business incurred by turning away other prospective clients for your specific date.

• Late Cancellations: Please note that if a cancellation occurs close to the event date (e.g., within 90 days), additional cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your contract.

Pro Tip: We strongly recommend taking out Wedding Insurance. This usually covers your non-refundable deposits if you have to cancel for reasons beyond your control (like illness or venue issues).
